<p>I trust the shenanigans during the (days following the LaMotte death) pre-primary, primary and this general election do not destroy the incentive to get more than 10% of eligible voters to the polls fo rthis District One election.  Some have that syndrome similar to Marvin Gaye lyrics:  "....make ya' wanna holler and tho' up both ya' hands..." -- But the sad truth is (albeit a moot point) the district could have had a formidable and knowledgeable representative appointed (i.e., Mr. McKenna)…</p>
