Help us help the Annas and Samuels fulfill their Dream

• Anna could not afford to go to a youth leadership teen camp this summer. The camp would have been her first time EVER out of the city. We provided her with the funds.
• James was a gang member who had dropped out of school. We provided funds to get him into an "at risk youth" training and mentoring program. Maria could not afford to buy her college math books we provided her with the funds to purchase the books.
• Samuel was accepted in a neighborhood youth orchestra. His parent could not afford one of the instruments required. We provided the funds.
• Deborah was hospitalized after undergoing a major operation for cancer. We provided the funds for a quilting ministry that visited the sick with their embroidered quilts for Deborah and other hospitalized.

The “we” is the Los Angeles Urban Policy Roundtable, a 501 C 3 small public education and policy change organization based in Inglewood, Ca. The list of those that we helped through our donor program is long. We want to help more of the thousands of Samuels, Marias, Deborahs, James, and Annas in impoverished neighborhoods.

We can do it with your dollars:

$5.00 - would have paid for two packs of needles, and thread for Deborah’s hope quilt. 

$10.00 - would have paid for one-tenth the cost of Samuel’s instrument.

$15.00 - would have paid for one half the cost of one of Maria’s textbooks.

$20.00 - would have paid for one seventh the cost of Anna’s summer camp tuition.

$25.00 - would have paid for math and reading materials for James in the training program.

As you can see a small donation can do much to fulfill dreams of so many.
